As a Technical Program Manager, you will bridge the gap between advanced technology and user experience, driving high-priority automation initiatives and leading digital transformation for the client’s hardware, services, and subscription business.ResponsibilitiesSupport Program Managers in guiding over 700 team members through the adoption of new AI tools, automated workflows, and system architectures through each NPILead cross-functional change management across marketing teams in partnership with leadership, reinforcing the adoption of scalable technical frameworks and AI solutionsDrive technical timelines, engineering efficiency, and system consistency across global, regional, and local teams while managing sprint timelines, deliverables, technical debt, and risksTranslate complex marketing requirements into robust system architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency through automationLead technical syncs with over 50 stakeholders and coordinate daily prioritization, requirements gathering, and scheduling across engineering and marketing teamsLeverage high emotional intelligence and resilience to navigate the ambiguity of deploying complex systems within a large global organization, fostering a culture of transparency and collaborationMeeting Coordination: Schedule and manage recurring technical meetings, system reviews, and architecture blueprint sessions, including sending agendas and tracking action itemsDocumentation: Maintain and update the technical Single Source of Truth (SSOT), including deployment timelines, sprint adjustments, system documentation, and team best practicesAccess & Repository Management: Manage initial technical repository setups, system permissions, API documentation links, AI platform access, and architecture design documentsSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience5-7+ years of technical program management experience, successfully bridging technical and non-technical teams5+ years of experience working within a complex, large global organizationDemonstrated foundational knowledge of system architecture, API integrations, and AI/Machine Learning conceptsProficiency with technical project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and Agile methodologiesStrong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for marketing and management teamsProven ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with near-term executionStrong aptitude for distilling complex technical and architectural problems into simple, meaningful stories for business and marketing stakeholdersCompany OverviewHH Global is the trusted marketing execution partner of the world’s leading brands.
