[Remote] Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Enterprise Client Projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of software solutions while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.ResponsibilitiesA portfolio of Enterprise Customer accounts, ensuring each project is delivered within an agreed scope, time frame, and owning the implementation process of the software project from start to endThe organisation and leading of the customer teams and internal resourcesDeveloping project plans maintaining timelines for accurate scheduling and alignmentDefining project deliverables, scoping, developing assumptions and building detailed specificationsGathering and documenting client requirements using a variety of techniques such as direct questioning, business process walkthroughs, mapping exercises and offering solutions in-line with the capabilities of the software and industry best practicesReviewing requirements and perform gap analysis to ensure we deliver to the agreed Client requirements and highlight any risksData Mapping, helping the client to produce the output from their source system for the CMAP platformContinual expansion of knowledge as the platform developsTake part in the implementation by configuring the solution to meet client requirementsDeveloping and conducting UATsSupporting Clients with development of processes, procedures and training materials as requiredSupporting the Client post-implementation and assisting in continuous improvement cyclesOwnership of service desk tickets, working with business experts to help qualify issues raised here or via other channels ensuring work is prioritised effectivelyPerforming testing of the solution as changes are made to meet customer needsProviding presentations of the solution based on common customer use casesSupport documentation and external training material reviewsSkills2+ years in the high-tech industry having held roles such as Project Manager, Sales Engineer/Architect, etcExperience with ERP / PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Teamcenter, Oracle Agile or SAP PLMExperience of SaaS software implementation, support and data managementTechnically able to quickly learn the compliance platform and how it can be implemented successfullyHave a proactive attitude to planning, scheduling resource and monitoring performance against deadlines and milestones, working with stakeholders to define expected benefits and to create plans for their realisationCan form strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally with the ability to see both the wider picture and detailed subject matterCreate and obtain sign-off on project plans, keeping them regularly updated during the project deliveryBe able to identify and manage risks and issues throughout the life of a project, product or serviceOrganization and planning for all platform changes such as security and platform upgrades for a Project, Product or ServiceBe Customer focused, understanding your key customers' strategies for adoption of Source Intelligence technologies and developing programs to enable a success and provide a feedback loop on our products and the competitive landscape ensuring that your customers' requirements are being met within our product through partnership with the Product Management TeamPromotes ideas on behalf of self or others encouraging collaborative knowledge sharing with flexibility and adaptability to achieve successful outcomesDeliver expected outputs to high-quality standards and ensure that any type of change relating to the project, is managed and communicated in accordance with company standardsA strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written and spoken EnglishTake initiative with confidence and ability to work under own direction with an organized mindset, demonstrating the ability for complex decision making and critical thinkingWork with the team to enhance documentation, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create other public and internal enablement materialCreative in solving Customer Adoption ChallengesProactively assist customers with technical issues that may arise and assist in the troubleshooting, identifying creative workarounds and root cause analysis to solve technical challengesKnowledge of product compliance i.e. RoHS, REACH, Prop65, WEEE, Conflict MineralsTechnical knowledge such as SQL and other programming language exposure would be beneficialKnowledge of Scrum and Agile practicesDirect experience mentoring, developing people and managing performanceBenefitsMedical, Dental, Life, STD, LTDPaid Vacation, and Sick leavePaid HolidaysWork remotely401k matchingFlexible working scheduleCompany OverviewSource Intelligence delivers a unique blend of cost-effective technology, expertise and data to rapidly improve supply chain sustainability.
