The role involves managing technical projects, coordinating communications, and fostering Agile methodologies while ensuring timely delivery and superior outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end technical program management across a multiple, cross-functional programs from initial conception, through design and development, to delivery of tested, useable prototypesWork across cross-functional partners (engineering, business, product and design) to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, risks, and timelines across programsLead team of Scrum Masters supporting complex transformation programs by coaching them on Client specific tools, frameworks, and processes related to DevSecOps DeliveryProactively identify technical, procedural, legal, logistical, and communications challenges and partner with leads to drive creative solutions to resolve issues and mitigate risksCoordinate communications across internal and external teams, including upwards communication to team leadership. Coordinate and facilitate daily/weekly meetings with senior stakeholdersFrequent communication with program leadership to shape and deliver on the product roadmap, and requires to nimbly switch between strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve technical, and business goalsManage multiple technical projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and superior outcomesPrior Experience with object-oriented modelling, APIs & web services, middleware, database, and data mining systemsFoster Agile methodologies, principles and practices within the teamsMonitor the status of the development project, including progress, issues, timelines, and risks.
