[Remote] Technical Operations Solutions Consultant

The Technical Operations Solutions Consultant will support warehouse operations through process optimization, utilizing SAP WM/EWM, and collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and standardization.ResponsibilitiesEngage directly with warehouse operators and floor leaders, alongside C5 resources, to assess and improve operational processesDevelop process maps, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Standard Work documents to drive efficiency and consistencyParticipate in discussions to provide recommendations and implement industry best practicesEnsure project plan milestones and key deliverables are met, tracking progress and making necessary adjustmentsMonitor and update the client on project status, key deliverables, and overall improvementsCollaborate cross-functionally with client teams to ensure the seamless adoption of process enhancementsAnalyze warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support continuous improvement initiativesUtilize SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) knowledge to optimize warehouse processesEffectively communicate complex information and process changes to warehouse teams, ensuring alignment and understandingProactively identify and resolve operational challenges with data-driven problem-solving approachesSkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Warehouse Management and Extended Warehouse Management systemsMinimum of 5 years of experience creating and implementing SOPs to standardize and improve warehouse operationsMinimum of 5 years of experience analyzing complex warehouse processes and develop actionable solutionsMinimum of 5 years of experience mapping current and future state processes to drive operational improvementsU.S citizenship in order to obtain a security clearance. Must be able to obtain a U.S. government security clearanceMust be able to travel to client location.
