[Remote] Technical Operations Coordinator

They are seeking a highly organized Technical Operations Coordinator to manage operational infrastructure, support membership programs, and improve systems across departments.ResponsibilitiesSupport administration and maintenance of SCL's CRM and operational platformsMaintain accurate constituent, membership, and event dataTroubleshoot user access and system issuesAssist with workflow automation and process optimizationGenerate reports and support organizational data managementBuild and manage event registration workflowsSet up and maintain Zoom links, calendar invitations, and event communicationsSupport attendee management and registration troubleshootingManage backend event platforms and integrationsCoordinate surveys, tracking, and reportingAssist with operational logistics for conferences, cohorts, and eventsStandardize recurring organizational workflows and processesReduce reliance on manual tracking and duplicated effortsOrganize and maintain Google Drive structures, documentation, and process guidesIdentify opportunities for automation, integration, and efficiency improvementsSupport operational consistency across departmentsProvide backend support for organizational systems and communication toolsSupport shared software platforms and operational technologyTroubleshoot operational technology issuesHelp maintain continuity and backup coverage for critical systemsAssist with technical setup and support for virtual and in-person eventsSupport recording management and meeting logisticsServe as technical support during conferences and live eventsSkillsExperience maintaining websites and making content updatesBasic proficiency with HTML and CSS, or the ability to quickly learn and support SCL's website infrastructureStrong organizational and project coordination skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and workflows simultaneouslyComfort learning new software systems and platformsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a remote environmentExperience with CRM or database platforms (Novi AMS preferred)Experience with workflow automation tools and integrationsFamiliarity with event management platformsExperience supporting operational systems within a growing organizationFamiliarity with Google Workspace and collaborative project toolsExperience supporting remote teams and virtual eventsBenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth insurance401(k)Paid time off (PTO)Flexible remote work environmentCompany OverviewSCL is a leader in the classical, Christian school movement, committed to training classical Christian school leaders and providing the mentorship, community, and relationships needed for schools to thrive.
