They are seeking a Technical Operations & AI Automation Specialist to scale program operations, improve support experiences, and build AI-assisted workflows for increased efficiency.ResponsibilitiesExecute and improve automation workflows using AI tools, agents, command-line interfaces, and scriptingCreate and maintain structured knowledge content to support AI-assisted workflows, prompt libraries, and knowledge systemsTriage and resolve technical and operational issues affecting program membersInvestigate problems, identify patterns, and drive root cause resolutionPartner with stakeholders to define requirements and implement process improvementsDesign and iterate on AI-assisted support experiences, response templates, and knowledge-grounding strategiesTrack recurring issues and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencyContribute to internal tooling, documentation, and self-service experiencesContinuously evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies that can improve workflows and increase scaleSkillsExperience building solutions using modern frameworks, cloud services, APIs, and data servicesHands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similarExperience working with Git-based workflows and tools such as GitHub and VS CodeComfortable using command-line tools and debugging technical issuesExperience with issue tracking systems such as GitHub Issues, Azure DevOps, or JiraExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or similarAbility to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to operational challengesStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to navigate ambiguous scenariosDemonstrated ability to identify patterns and drive process improvementsAbility to manage multiple priorities with minimal directionStrong written communication skills and attention to detailExperience supporting customer-facing or partner-facing programsFamiliarity with Azure services and cloud technologiesExperience with .NET technologiesExperience building internal tools or automation solutionsExposure to prompt engineering, knowledge management, or AI workflow designExperience with REST APIs and integrationsExperience creating reusable templates, documentation, or self-service contentBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageFlexible Spending Account401k programCompetitive PTO offeringsParental LeaveOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCompany OverviewBlueprint is redefining the data solutions ecosystem.
