[Remote] Technical Integration Specialist (Remote - AMER)

As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will provide technical support to ecommerce companies during their integration with Constructor's platform, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and resolving any technical challenges.ResponsibilitiesOnboarding support: Collaborating with customers to understand their technical integration needs and assist them through the integration processAPI and library education: Providing expert guidance on integrating with Constructor's APIs and utilizing open source librariesTroubleshooting: Helping resolve technical challenges and integration issues alongside Customer Success teamsIndex configuration: Working with customers to ensure their product catalogs are properly configured, including uploading catalog data, configuring facets, searchabilities, sort orders, and retrieving resultsCommunication: Acting as a liaison between customers and other technical resources, responding promptly to inquiries with clear explanationsProcess improvement: Documenting customer interactions, common issues, and solutions, improving integration documentation and customer onboardingSkillsProven experience in customer support or technical support rolesKnowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesDetail-oriented mentality with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer supportStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolutionAble to support customers and team members between 2pm and 10pm UTC (9am to 5pm Eastern time)Familiarity with structured data formats (JSON, CSV) and basic search/index conceptsFamiliarity with debugging tools such as browser developer tools, API clients (e.g., Postman), or logsFamiliarity with A/B testing, understanding of server side and client side contexts, network request routing / HTTPFamiliarity working with open source libraries, JavaScript web application development and integration patternsBenefitsWork with smart and empathetic people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impactRegular team offsite events to connect and collaborateFully remote team - choose where you liveUnlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per yearWork from home stipend!
