[Remote] Technical Implementation Engineer I

The Technical Implementation Engineer role is primarily responsible for implementing and supporting Alkami’s software products, focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency while working closely with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Install, configure, customize and resolve all technical issues related to the ORB platform Identify technical challenges and provide recommendations for improvement, focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues Assists in mentoring junior level team members Go-to person for a wide range of problem complexities and areas Ability to solve most high level problems independently Solid understanding of core banking systems Ability to handle core conversions Skills 1-2+ years T-SQL Experience 0-1+ years .NET Framework, C# 0-1+ years ASP.NET MVC 3/4/5 1-2+ years general development experience 1-2 years experience with banking cores (Fiserv, FIS or Jack Henry) Powershell or other scripting language experience Previous experience in implementing systems with a focus on scalability and high-availability Core Banking System or Treasury management knowledge Familiarity with check deposits Benefits Remote-first environment Unlimited paid time off 401(k) with employer match Company Overview Alkami Technology provides cloud-based digital banking solutions for credit unions and banks.
