[Remote] Technical Customer Success Manager

They are seeking a technically minded, AI-forward Customer Success Manager to help customers maximize value from the Base platform through strategic guidance, workflow design, and hands-on solution delivery.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of customer accountsUnderstand customer goals, workflows, and business objectivesDrive adoption, value realization, and long-term customer successIdentify opportunities to improve customer outcomes through new AI insights, Agents, workflows, modules, and use casesAct as a trusted advisor and partner to customer stakeholdersTrain and enable customers on platform capabilities and best practicesInnovate and help companies create GOAT-level customer programs and experiencesDesign customer experiences and programs with our vibe-coding studio and agentic /standard workflows and automations within the platformIndependently lead basic integrations, smaller implementations, module launches, and expansion projectsPartner with onboarding resources on larger or more complex deployments, and with R&D teams when advanced technical support is requiredLeverage AI tools and automation to increase productivity and customer impactIdentify Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) and expansion opportunitiesSurface customer feedback, product gaps, and emerging use cases to internal teamsContribute ideas that help scale customer success operations through AI and automationSkills4+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles in tech companiesA blend of technical expertise (integrations, CRM implementation, software configuration) and project management skillsStrong consultative problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer goals into practical solutionsStrong communication skills and confidence working directly with customersComfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environmentCurious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and use casesExperience with customer marketing, advocacy, community, scaled/digital CS program, or RevOps/CSOps- a plus!Company OverviewOur mission is to deliver a Customer-led Growth solution that is as much a strategy as it is a technological platform It was founded in 2018, and is headquartered in Kfar Saba, HaMerkaz, ISR, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
