This role involves requirements gathering, Power Platform configuration, and ensuring CRM system configurations align with technical constraints. Responsibilities • Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze, document business and functional requirements • Translate business needs into clear, actionable User stories or specifications • Configure and Customize Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views and business rules • Build and Maintain Model-Driven Power Apps • Configure Power pages for external-facing portals • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure configurations align with technical constraints • Participate in testing, validation and deployment activities Skills • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and configuration development • Understand technical configurations and limitations • Familiar with Agile Methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira • CRM system familiarity, especially Microsoft Dynamics • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members Education Requirements • Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field Company Overview • Welcome to Jobs via Dice, the go-to destination for discovering the tech jobs you want.
