[Remote] Technical Analyst - HCM & Talent

The Technical Analyst for SuccessFactors Core HCM & Talent will serve as a consultant and technical authority, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors solutions to ensure system stability and optimal usage across HR and IT teams.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary expert and escalation point for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central, Recruiting, and OnboardingAct as a trusted technical consultant to HR, Talent, and IT partners on SuccessFactors capabilities, design options, and best practicesResearch, analyze, and resolve complex system issues spanning configuration, business rules, data model behavior, workflows, MDF objects, and integrationsProvide expert guidance on how to best utilize SuccessFactors functionality to meet business requirements while minimizing customizationsProactively identify system limitations, risks, and improvement opportunitiesDesign, configure, and enhance SuccessFactors solutions to support HR and Talent processesCreate and modify business rules, workflows, MDF objects, templates, and system settings to support complex use casesTroubleshoot multi-module and cross-process issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutionsSupport releases, testing, and deployment of changes across environmentsProvide production support and guidance during critical business cycles such as hiring ramps or organizational changesSupport custom reporting and data analysis needs using available SuccessFactors tools and data sourcesAssist HR and Talent teams with data validation, auditing, and reconciliation activitiesPartner closely with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Workforce Management, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutionsCollaborate with vendors and system integrators as a senior technical point of contactProvide technical mentorship and guidance to SuccessFactors Technical AnalystsTranslate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designsCreate and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation related to configurations, designs, and support proceduresEstablish and promote best practices for SuccessFactors design, configuration, and supportProvide advanced training and knowledge transfer to HR and Talent stakeholdersApply working knowledge of SuccessFactors Benefits, Performance Management, Development, and Succession to support cross-module scenariosIdentify integration and downstream impacts when changes involve optional or adjacent SuccessFactors modulesSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalentExtensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with deep expertise in Employee Central, Recruiting, and OnboardingDemonstrated ability to function as an expert-level internal consultant and senior technical resourceStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues independentlyExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExperience supporting additional SuccessFactors modules such as Benefits, Performance, Development, and Succession is strongly preferredSAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Recruiting, or Onboarding are strongly preferredBenefitsA comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position.Company OverviewTrulieve is a pharmaceutical company that manufactures integrated seed-to-sale medical cannabis products for brain and health treatments.
