Eagleview is seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage a portfolio of technical customers, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. This client-facing role involves onboarding and supporting clients, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in complex technical environments.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison for assigned technical customer accounts, fostering trust and accountability across all touchpointsConduct regular check-ins and lead Strategic Business Reviews to assess engagement, performance, and solution alignmentUnderstand each customerβs technical goals, success metrics, IT architecture, and integration requirements to deliver proactive support and guidanceAssist with Technical sales presentationsMonitor account health and customer satisfaction, addressing risks and removing technical or process-related barriers to successIdentify and escalate upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales teamSupport timely renewal discussions and collaborate on securing customer commitmentsDrive account strategies that directly contribute to Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) by mitigating churn risks and maximizing customer value from a technical perspectiveUnderstand the customer environment to assure maximum deployment across the organizationWork closely with internal teams (Onboarding, Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing) to ensure consistent customer experience and technical alignmentEnsure that all available customer integrations are configuredIdentify and facilitate all opportunities for trainingChampion the voice of the technical customer internally, providing feedback to influence product enhancements, documentation, and implementation supportMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer activity, engagement, and solution health using Salesforce, Gainsight, and other relevant toolsTrack and report on key performance indicators, including GRR, Strategic Business Reviews, qualified opportunities, customer advocacy, and internal collaborationSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing technical roleStrong communication, technical problem-solving, and relationship management skillsFamiliarity with GIS technologies, IT systems, APIs, or enterprise integration workflowsApplicant must live within a reasonable distance of a major airport in Washington, Oregon, or IdahoExperience in SaaS, cloud services, or other technology-enabled environmentsProficiency with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot)Working knowledge of technical product adoption, system configuration, or solution deployment in B2B settingsBenefitsCommission target of $30,000Company OverviewEagleview is a leading provider of aerial imagery, property insights and software that transforms the way people work.
