The Technical Account Manager for DSP Operations will enhance the performance of DSP partners by creating strategic plans, optimizing integrations, and providing technical support to ensure improved performance and scalability.ResponsibilitiesOversee the complete lifecycle of DSP partnerships in NA from onboarding to integrationProvide day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting account managers with strategic planningAct as the main point of contact for technical support, resolving issues, and escalating problems when necessaryParticipate and join POD meetings daily, weekly, as requiredDaily monitoring of Key KPIs and integration health metricsBuild and maintain relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externallyCollaborate with commercial counterparts and engage in tickets and threads as required to complete tasksTrack tasks and initiatives in collaboration with internal and external teamsContribute to strategic projects and initiatives with commercial stakeholders, offering insights into larger opportunities for the regionIdentify ways to improve performance and efficiency, using data-driven analysis for DSPs partnersUnderstanding the main objectives for our partners and how tasks we are executing for them contribute to growing our SOVUse internal BI tools to gain an in-depth understanding of performance related issues, and opportunities to increase revenueRegularly review integration health and monitor DSP KPIS, flagging issues and resolving problems with partners proactivelyServe as a consultant to strategic DSP partnerships, helping them understand product offerings and achieve business objectivesDevelop a deep understanding of Index’s product offerings and exchange functions for both DSPsParticipate in and support experiments, product releases, and the development of new features on the exchangePerform required operational tasks for the region and globally as requiredEnsure proper maintenance and documentation of partners' unique setups and existing problems/issuesAct as an escalation POC for issues impacting NA DSPs, routing problems to the correct teams or resolving them independentlyAct as an escalation point for issues occurring in APAC/EMEA outside of international working hoursSupport the execution and development of team goals and strategic initiatives through project management and creating presentation decksSkills3-4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Account management, or similar role in the programmatic space, focusing on DSPs, SSPs or publishersStrong leadership skills with a successful track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholdersCreative thinker with the ability to bring innovative solutions to a technical environmentTeam player with a positive outlook, contributing to a growing organizationProven ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with limited processesHighly motivated self-starter with a proactive and success-driven personalityExceptional analytical and consulting skills with experience in SQLStrong verbal and written communication skillsExtensive knowledge of programmatic advertising (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, publisher and servers, video players, OTT), web and mobile development (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, APIs), and big data/data scienceBenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision plans for you and your dependentsPaid time off, health days, and personal obligation days plus flexible work schedulesCompetitive retirement matching plansEquity packagesGenerous parental leave available to birthing, non-birthing, and adoptive parentsAnnual well-being allowance plus fitness discounts and group wellness activitiesEmployee assistance programMental health first aid program that provides an in-the-moment point of contact and reassuranceOne day of volunteer time off per year and a donation-matching programBi-weekly town halls and regular community-led team eventsMultiple resources and programming to support continuous learningA workplace that supports a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment – learn more hereCompany OverviewIndex Exchange is a global advertising supply-side platform enabling media owners to maximize the value of their content on any screen.
