[Remote] Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Technical Account Manager to strengthen partnerships and deliver exceptional value through technical and commercial expertise.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of regional key accounts, ensuring alignment with Inolex’s strategic prioritiesBuild and maintain trusted relationships with decision makers, influencers, and technical teams at customer organizationsDevelop and execute account plans that balance short-term wins with long-term growth opportunitiesIdentify opportunities within existing accounts to expand share of walletDevelop proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with company objectives and client needsProvide technical expertise on formulations, applications, and regulatory compliance; troubleshoot challenges as needed with internal teamsLead joint development projects and support customer innovation initiativesConduct technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions for customersMonitor market trends and customer insights to inform product development and innovationRepresent Inolex at industry events, tradeshows, and technical seminarsMaintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, budgets, and reportingSupport special projects and additional business needs as requiredSkillsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable solutionsOrganized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skillsAnalytical thinking to interpret data and identify growth opportunitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systemsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across functionsProblem-solving mindset with a proactive approachKeen ability to recognize critical details and act on insightsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical fieldMinimum 5 years key account management experience in the Northeast with at least 10 years in the personal care industrySolid understanding of personal care ingredients, formulation, and market dynamicsAbility to work remotely and travel to customers and on-site company meetingsThis role will be subject to approximately 25% overnight travelPrior formulation experience or ability to troubleshoot is a strong plusActive in relevant industry associationsPassion for joining an innovative, sustainable ingredient manufacturer!Company OverviewInolex is a fiercely independent company that designs sustainable ingredients for health, beauty, and wellness.
