[Remote] Technical Account Manager

Cypress HCM is seeking a Technical Account Manager to provide strategic guidance and operational support for enterprise customers using Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to enhance platform adoption and optimize performance through direct customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams.ResponsibilitiesServe as the central point of contact for assigned enterprise customersBuild and maintain strong customer relationships across technical and executive stakeholdersPartner with Director and VP-level leaders to translate business goals into technical action plansCoordinate efforts to improve product performance, customer adoption, and value realizationGuide customers through complex environment changes, upgrades, and operational initiativesLead resolution efforts for critical technical issues and customer concernsProvide proactive communication regarding product releases, enhancements, and potential impactsConduct customer check-ins, status reviews, and quarterly business reviewsDeliver recommendations, best practices, and operational guidanceCollaborate cross-functionally with Adobe internal teams to advocate for customer successMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagementSkillsBachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience7+ years of experience in consulting, technical account management, customer success, development, customer support, or related marketing technology rolesStrong enterprise customer-facing experienceExcellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skillsExperience leading customer meetings and high-visibility stakeholder discussionsStrong analytical problem-solving and project management capabilitiesAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new technologiesTechnical knowledge of web technologies including: Java, SQL, JavaScript, REST APIs, XML, CSS, Web server technologiesExperience with: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, Adobe GenStudioExperience supporting enterprise-scale digital experience or marketing technology environmentsCompany OverviewCypress HCM is a staffing and recruiting company providing technology and creative recruiting solutions.
