[Remote] Technical Account Delivery Manager

The Technical Account Delivery Manager (TADM) will serve as the primary contact for customers, overseeing onboarding, optimizing environments, and ensuring service delivery performance. Key responsibilities include partnering with sales and customers, developing reports, and managing operational documentation.ResponsibilitiesPartnering with Sales, Presales and Customers for input to the SOW, edits and finalization to ensure Solution Delivery outcomes are understood and achievable. This includes defining milestones, success criteria, hypercare defined activities, etcDevelopment of scorecard for servicesDefining the specific Hypercare activities to ensure a quality-based handover from onboarding to Managed Services teams are completed effectivelyBased on site with the customer during onboarding and Hypercare phases of the contract supporting both the customer and the managed services teamsDaily account monitoringWeekly / monthly technical operation report production including trendsMonthly technical trending report production with treatment / advisory outputsQuarterly technical business reviewsTechnical best practice advice and recommendationsRoot cause and incident management reviewsReviewing environment configurations, documenting optimization opportunities, and driving implementation following appropriate change control processesCreating, editing and providing updated account documentationMonitoring and reporting financial performance to SOW and driving improvements to critical measurementsLeading Service Improvement Activities (SIP), RCA/PIR and action item completion through Customer and PPT resourcesOwnership of the change control process governanceAny other tasks and activities pursuant to the roleSkills8+ years' experience in an IT Infrastructure role with experience across storage, network and server technologiesStrong background in IT Operations Best Practices and Metrics ManagementMust have experience creating and monitoring performance against Statements of WorkExperience of working with sales / pre-salesExperience of technical report production using industry standard toolsExperience and understanding of Client IT operational processes and proceduresProven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under tight schedulesMust be able to prioritize own workload and use own initiative in the absence of supervisionAdvanced MS Office SkillsDegree or equivalent work experience requiredData Center Operational experienceIT Consultant or Pre-Sales experienceITIL Qualified to advanced or expert levelCompany OverviewPark Place Technologies is an IT company that provided organizations around the globe with post-warranty maintenance and support solutions.
