[Remote] Tech Measure Scheduler

They are seeking a Tech Measure Scheduler to coordinate tech measure appointments, ensure accurate order entry, and maintain data integrity across systems. Responsibilities Manage and monitor tech measure appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and efficient calendar utilization Respond to Sales requests throughout the day and assist with appointment needs Handle reschedules and tech-related requests quickly and accurately Create orders in the system by importing customer agreements and files Cross-reference agreements with system data to ensure all information is correct and complete Review sold contracts and update information as needed Follow up on cancellation requests to ensure they are properly removed from the system Complete additional tasks or special projects as assigned Skills High school diploma or GED required 1-2+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred General proficiency in technology, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) High degree of accuracy in data management, auditing and reporting Strong ability to main workflow efficiency and keep tasks on track Ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently Fully remote role requiring a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace Sitting or standing most of the day; typing and mouse use requiring hand-eye coordination Clear vision for reading documents; ability to lift boxes or files as needed Reliable attendance, able to manage multiple priorities, and adjust to changing tasks 1-2+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred Experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance as well as long-term disability. 401(k) with Company Match: Competitive company contributions to help you plan for the future.
