[Remote] Team Lead - Real Time Analyst

They are seeking an experienced RTA Team Lead to lead and mentor a team of Real-Time Analysts, ensuring efficient monitoring of betting activity and risk management within the sportsbook operation.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyse wagers in real time, identifying pricing inefficiencies, unprofitable customer wagering trends, and other issues as they ariseIdentify and escalate sportsbook margin leaks, including incorrectly correlated Same Game Parlays (SGPs), past-post issues, and pricing discrepanciesAnalyse player betting patterns and risk exposure using advanced sportsbook analytics toolsMaintain high-quality bet notation and stay current with relevant betting angles and market trends across multiple sportsPerform competitor analysis and contribute to the development of new trading strategies in collaboration with senior team membersLead, coach, and supervise a team of Real-Time Analysts, fostering high performance and a culture of continuous improvementConduct regular 1-2-1s with direct reports, ensuring individual KPIs and team objectives are being metSupport the onboarding of new RTAs and drive ongoing development plans and upskilling across the teamLead by example.
