Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with students, their families, and fellow educators to create individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to each student s specific learning needs.
Design and conduct engaging virtual lessons using diverse teaching methods and advanced technology.
Provide tailored academic and social-emotional support, ensuring students with unique challenges achieve their learning objectives.
Maintain ongoing communication with parents and guardians, regularly updating them on student progress and celebrating milestones.

Who You Are:
You hold a current Special Education teaching certification for your home state and the state where you will be teaching.
You bring experience working with students facing a range of learning disabilities and challenges.
You are well-versed in special education policies, regulations, and effective instructional strategies.
You re proficient in using digital platforms and online teaching tools to deliver effective lessons in a virtual environment.
You are an excellent communicator, able to establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues alike.
