Ā Design activities that support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children.
Ā Maintain consistent and transparent communication with families through various channels.
Ā Ensure adherence to all center policies and state regulations.
Ā Cultivate a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere compliant with state guidelines.
Ā Keep detailed records of observations, curriculum, and assessments within established timelines.
Ā Engage in ongoing professional development by maintaining a personal growth plan.
Required Skills
Ā Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ā Capability to collaborate effectively with staff, children, and parents.
Ā In-depth understanding of child development principles.
Ā Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ā Current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid Certification.
Qualifications
Ā Must comply with Vermont State Regulations for Teacher Associates.
Ā High school diploma or GED required.
Ā Minimum age of 20.
Ā Background check and fingerprint clearance are mandatory.
Ā Completion of Mandated Reporter Training and Vermont Orientation Training is required.
