Overview Job Title: Remote Tax Preparer Job Description We are seeking a dependable Remote Tax Preparer to prepare and file individual tax returns accurately and on time. This position is open to experienced and entry-level candidates. Training is available. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Duties: • Prepare and file federal and state tax returns • Review W-2s, 1099s, and other tax documents • Enter accurate data into tax preparation software • Communicate with clients remotely (phone/email/portal) • Ensure compliance with IRS regulations • Maintain confidentiality of client information Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Basic computer and communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Willingness to learn (training provided) • PTIN required or willingness to obtain • Reliable internet and secure home workspace • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
