About TaxBee TaxBee is hiring motivated individuals who want to build a real income in the tax industry. Whether you have experience or are brand new to tax preparation, we provide the training, systems, and support you need to succeed. Our goal is simple: develop confident tax professionals who are prepared, supported, and fully equipped to earn consistently during tax season. Who We’re Looking For • No previous tax experience required • Must have or be willing to obtain a valid PTIN (We provide guidance) • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Reliable, coachable, and able to follow structured training • Comfortable working remotely from anywhere • Must be available to work January through April 2026 Training Details TaxBee provides full structured training at no additional cost to you. Training includes: • Self-paced Introduction to Taxes course • TaxBee Partner Training (software + compliance) • Live weekly training sessions beginning November 2025 • Hands-on practice using professional tax software • Real client scenarios and filing simulations Training prepares you to confidently file individual returns (1040), identify credits and deductions, and follow IRS compliance standards. Compensation Commission-Based: 60%–80% Earning potential varies based on workload and performance. Additional earning opportunities: • Performance bonuses • Leadership incentives • Client referral structure Tax preparers manage their own client acquisition. Marketing materials, templates, and support are provided. Important Note TaxBee does not provide clients. Preparers are expected to build their own client base. We provide training, marketing tools, business development support, and guidance to help you grow.
