Compensation
: Up to $170,000 base + discretionary bonus (~10%) + amazing benefits!

We are hiring a
Tax Manager
to join a growing remote practice. If you have spent years doing sophisticated HNW work and want a firm where that expertise is valued — not commoditized — this is worth your time.

What We Are Looking For
• Active CPA required
• 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong technical foundation in high-net-worth individual taxation, trust and estate planning, and pass-through entities
• Experience managing client relationships and reviewing the work of tax staff
• Comfortable advising clients directly on complex planning matters
• Self-directed and comfortable operating in a fully remote environment
What We Offer
• Base salary up to $170,000, commensurate with experience
• Discretionary performance bonus - typically around 10%
• Reduced 32-hour summer workweeks — firm-wide, every year
