[Remote] Tax Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ARCC Consulting Corp is seeking a Tax Consultant who is a self-starter with experience in tax preparation and consulting. The role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing tax returns, and responding to client inquiries throughout the year, with a focus on tax consulting during the tax season.ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of prepare 1120, 1140, 1065, 990s tax returnsProvide excellent customer service to clients including professional tax consultations > must be confident in speaking with clients (yet also have soft skills). As a tax advisor, you'd be working closely with our entire team, and when speaking to clients, you would be going over any technical questionsAbility to respond to client emails regarding tax questions regarding their reviewPrepare tax returns when needed/availableWhen not consulting/emails, review tax returns for Individuals, S-Corp, C-Corp, LLC, Partnership, Non for Profit, Estate/Trust (this is as a backup when our reviewer is out of office)Responding to ARCC Team member tax questionsHelp train tax preparersExperience with Drake (or similar products--willing to train on the software we utilize)Ability to follow an already established process Able to follow a set schedule6 month tax planning analysis for our accounting clients (training will be provided)Tax Payroll Salary Calculations (training will be provided)Tax Planning (training will be provided)Continue to respond to client emails and consult.
