They are seeking a Task Order Project Manager to oversee the management, coordination, execution, and quality oversight of the DLA Applications and Business Systems Testing Support Services Program.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan describing the technical approach organizational resources management controls and execution strategy for satisfying contract requirementsOversee development and maintenance of project plans and schedules for testing related efforts including initiation site survey implementation post installation sustainment and new Government requirementsUpdate the staffing plan quarterlyEnsure appropriate labor resources are aligned to priorities release schedules and test eventsVerify and validate the level of effort and deliverables for each task in the Monthly Status ReportOversee preparation and submission of reports briefings and presentationsEnsure reports accurately capture accomplishments staffing risks schedules quality status and task level progressLead quarterly Integrated Program Reviews and provide clear program status findings issues risks and recommendationsImplement and manage quality assurance processes across all task areasEnsure compliance with requirements schedules quality standards and deliverable timelinesMonitor performance across testing support activities including system testing user acceptance testing performance testing functional testing regression testing integration testing stress testing and Section 508 testingReview deliverables for quality technical accuracy and completeness before submission to the GovernmentProvide technical and functional management support needed to execute the workOversee support for TEMP updates Requirements Traceability Matrix traceability audits DT and OT reporting test readiness reviews operational readiness support test automation support integration and interoperability supportEnsure team personnel effectively support acquisition milestones and DoDI 5000 lifecycle testing requirementsIdentify and manage risks affecting cost schedule performance staffing quality and transitionEnsure timely communication of issues and recommended solutions to the COROversee corrective actions for performance concerns schedule variances or quality deficienciesSupport management of changing priorities and new requirements within the scope of the contractSkillsProject Management certification required such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or other recognized project management certificationBachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution or four additional years of related experience in lieu of a degreeFive or more years of relevant experienceFive or more years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and or private sector in IT and or consultingExperience managing projects of similar size scope and complexityExperience supporting enterprise IT business systems ERP or acquisition and testing programsExperience supporting DoD business systems and BCAT programsExperience supporting DLA J62 Enterprise Testing or comparable DoD testing organizationsExperience managing teams supporting complex enterprise testing and acquisition milestone activitiesFamiliarity with DoDI 5000 series Defense Acquisition Guidebook Enterprise Architecture Agile and DevSecOps environments ServiceNow based work tracking and Section 508 testing supportThere is a Secret Security clearance requirement for this positionExperience supporting DoD or DLA
