[Remote] TAS Account Executive

The TAS Account Executive will focus on maximizing revenue and building relationships with prospective clients, while also managing consulting services and driving business development efforts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships with prospective clients to provide updates to management and internal operational teams with overall client satisfaction, contract compliance, and any potential new business opportunitiesProactively work with Tangoe New Logo, Existing Base and Alliances Sales teams on targeted account prospecting. Identify services and commercial offerings that meet client needs and business objectivesAnalyze and understand contractual language to ensure operational delivery and complianceService Offering and project scope expansion through the development of strong relationships with key client decision makers and usersRelationship development and management with key individuals and top decision makers and strive to build relationships at the C-LevelRepresent a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image of Tangoe by handling business in a respectful and professional mannerEnsure that prospective client scoping requests are dealt with in an efficient manner, escalating critical scope issues appropriatelyOwn the contracting and Legal process as it pertains to TAS-only service offeringsWork closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of customer contracted services. Identify potential issues and/or opportunities related to the projectUnderstanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to prospect clientsSkillsBachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience8+ years of experience in high performance sales organizationsProven Account Management and Sales Overlay track record focusing on satisfaction, contractual commitments and up-selling capabilityAbility to communicate with Sr. Management &/or C-Level Executive prospective client contactsTrack record of closing six-figure or larger sales and achieving quarterly sales quotas5+ years in Telecommunications Expense Management or Telecom/Mobility Consulting idealProficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word etc.)BenefitsA competitive salary, along with a whole stack of other benefits too!Company OverviewTangoe provides connection lifecycle management software and related services to enterprises and service providers worldwide.
