[Remote] Talent Sourcer (Bilingual) – Data Center Recruiting

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a high-performing Talent Sourcer based in Costa Rica to support recruiting efforts for data center and infrastructure roles. The role involves sourcing and engaging technical talent, building pipelines of candidates, and meeting key performance indicators in a high-volume environment.ResponsibilitiesSource and identify qualified candidates for data center and infrastructure-related roles using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networkingBuild and maintain strong pipelines of technical talent within the data center industryConduct initial outreach and candidate engagement in both English and SpanishScreen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirementsMeet and exceed weekly and monthly sourcing KPIs, including outreach volume, candidate submissions, and pipeline generationMaintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in the ATS/CRM systemPartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategiesContinuously research the data center talent market to identify new sourcing strategies and talent poolsSkillsFluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual required)Experience sourcing for data center roles (technicians, engineers, infrastructure, facilities, or related positions)Proven success working in a high KPI / high-volume sourcing environmentAbility to work Central Time (CT) hours while based in Costa RicaStrong experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniquesExcellent communication and candidate engagement skills2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitingExperience supporting data center, infrastructure, networking, or mission-critical environmentsExperience working in a fast-paced recruiting agency or RPO environmentFamiliarity with ATS platforms and sourcing analyticsCompany OverviewArchetype Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) is a specialized low-voltage and Division 27 subcontractor supporting data center, healthcare, and mission-critical infrastructure projects nationwide.
