[Remote] Talent & Product Development Manager

[solidcore] is looking for a Talent & Product Development Manager to oversee and manage the execution of continued education coach training and supplemental educational workshops. The role involves collaborating with team members to refine training content and ensuring effective execution of workshops both virtually and in person.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the execution of [solidcore] continued education coach training (Levels 1-5) and supplemental educational workshops. That includes administrative work, trainings, and post-training reportingSupport team members and cross-functional partners execute Level and supplemental workshops virtually and in personCollaborate with team members to refine, create, and archive content for training educational curriculumsCreate and execute resources across multiple platforms, including programming and supplemental materialsMonthly coaching quota of 16 classesSkillsOversee and manage the execution of [solidcore] continued education coach training (Levels 1-5) and supplemental educational workshops. That includes administrative work, trainings, and post-training reportingSupport team members and cross-functional partners execute Level and supplemental workshops virtually and in personCollaborate with team members to refine, create, and archive content for training educational curriculumsCreate and execute resources across multiple platforms, including programming and supplemental materialsMonthly coaching quota of 16 classesCertified Personal Training Certification from an accredited program is preferred1.5 to 2 years of experience coaching fitness (One year of experience as a leading [solidcore] coach preferred)Demonstrated ability to lead, connect with, and inspire a team. Experience coaching and motivating groupsStrong administrative skillsTime management skills and consistency in completing tasks are requiredProficiency with G-suite and zoomFlexibility and willingness to travel and conduct workshops as needed, as the business dictates.
