[Remote] Talent Operations - Program Manager

They are seeking a Talent Operations - Program Manager to manage recruiting agencies, coordinate hiring efforts, and ensure capacity to meet aggressive hiring targets. This role will also involve expanding into broader Talent Ops programs such as tooling and process design.ResponsibilitiesOwn relationships with hiring agencies and recruiting contractors end-to-end — sourcing, onboarding, performance tracking, and vendor managementBuild and maintain capacity plans that map hiring demand to recruiter and agency supply, flagging gaps before they become blockersProgram manage surge hiring initiatives, coordinating across internal recruiters, external partners, and recruiters to keep pipelines movingDesign lightweight but durable SOPs for how we engage and manage external recruiting partners at scaleTrack and report on agency and contractor performance, cost-per-hire, and fill rates — surfacing insights to improve how we deploy capacityTransition into broader Talent Ops work over time: workflow automation, tooling, dashboards, and recruiter enablement: identifying and recommending the agencies we work with, and supporting a seamless calibration processSkillsProven experience managing recruiting vendors, staffing agencies, or contractor workforces — you know how to hold external partners accountable to resultsStrong program management instincts: you can run multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping ballsComfortable building structure where little exists — capacity models, trackers, SOPs, and reporting from scratchData-driven: you track what matters, spot problems early, and communicate clearly with numbersExcellent stakeholder management — you can work across recruiting, finance, and hiring managers without frictionExperience supporting high-volume or international hiring surgesFamiliarity with ATS platforms, particularly AshbyAbility to vibe-code or automate workflows to reduce manual overheadBenefitsAnnual discretionary stipend for professional developmentAnnual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you chooseAnnual company offsiteMonthly co-working stipendCompany OverviewElevenLabs develops artificial intelligence software focused on speech synthesis and voice generation.
