[Remote] Talent Operations Advisor I

This role focuses on creating a seamless onboarding experience for future associates by providing high-volume support and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the onboarding process.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point-of-contact for future associates resolving their questions related to their outstanding onboarding journey tasks such as I-9 , required trainings, and access issues. Ensure a positive candidate experience, acting as the future associates guide through the processUse case management tool to record inquires and respond to inquiries within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure end to end process of redeployments of talent are successfulSeek guidance or escalate more complex and/or confidential inquires/requests to higher level functional supportMaintain confidentiality of department and associate information according to established practicesMeet and exceed metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) where applicablePerform other duties as required and/or assignedSkillsAssociate degreeAssociate's degree in human resources, Business or related field or equivalent education and experienceMinimum 1+ year experience in a customer service or customer support roleExperience with I-9 (Required)Experience with E-Verify and USCIS guidelines (Required)An associate first mindset with dedication to internal customer service and company cultureVerbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers, management, teammate and candidatesStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detailAbility to manage expectations, process and multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred location for applicants to reside in: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX or Jacksonville, FLCompany OverviewAcosta Group is a collection of the most trusted retail, marketing, and foodservice firms.
