Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple openings (100+ reqs shared across team)
Drive sourcing strategy + pipeline top-tier talent
Partner with hiring managers AND hold them accountable to move fast
Manage interviews, offers, and candidate experience end-to-end
Leverage Workday + sourcing tools to stay ahead of the market
✅ What we’re looking for:
3+ years of corporate full-cycle recruiting
Strong communicator who can push process + influence stakeholders
Experience managing high-volume req loads
Workday or similar ATS experience

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Moorpark, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
