This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Michigan (USA) Job Description In this position you will have the opportunity to: Consult with business clients regarding their hiring needs and create and support recruiting strategies, screening and selection processes and new hire onboarding. Source and screen candidates for position openings in accordance with State and Federal regulations, Affirmative Action and EEO guidelines and established company practices. Manage the full cycle recruiting process for business clients and candidates through onboarding. Participate in efforts to build an inclusive workforce through diversity outreach efforts to include partner relationship management, participation in career fairs and other activities.
