Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Remote Recruiter to join our team and help us identify and engage potential candidates confidentially. We are located in Fort Lauderdale Florida but are open to hiring the right person from all states.
Key Responsibilities...
Ā Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates (80% of the role)
Ā Persuade candidates to explore new career opportunities
Ā Perform internet research on LinkedIn and our database (20% of the role)
Ā Maintain accurate records and detailed notes
Requirements:
Ā Strong computer skills and familiarity with LinkedIn
Ā Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Ā Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ā Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
Ā Previous experience in phone sales, customer service, or recruiting is preferred
Position Details:
Ā Remote position, work from anywhere
Ā 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Ā Daily video meetings with the owner
Ā Competitive weekly pay of $800
Ā Lucrative commission structure
