As a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing the best candidates for various positions across multiple industries.Key Responsibilities:• * Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing to identify top talent across different skill sets.• * Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone interviews, assess candidates qualifications, and evaluate their fit for various roles.• * Job Posting & Candidate Outreach: Write compelling job descriptions, post open positions on various job boards, and reach out to potential candidates to gauge interest.• * Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.• * Manage Applicant Tracking Systems: Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage interview schedules, and update hiring progress.• * Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Support: Assist in the offer process and ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.• Required Skills and Qualifications:• * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.• * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.• * Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruitment tools.• * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.• * Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.• * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.• * High level of professionalism and confidentiality.• * Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.• Experience:• * At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally with a focus on remote recruitment.• * Experience in sourcing and hiring across various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, or customer service, is a plus.• * Familiarity with U.S.-based labor laws and hiring practices.• Working Hours:• * Full-time position.• * Flexible working hours, though availability during standard U.S. business hours (9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST) is preferred.• * Remote position with the ability to work from anywhere in the U.S.• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• * Knowledge of Recruiting Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.• * Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.• * Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• * Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using recruitment platforms, CRM tools, and job boards.
