This role focuses on early careers hiring, candidate sourcing, and providing support for the Greenhouse ATS/CRM, while promoting a positive candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesSupport full-cycle recruiting for early careers and underwriting support rolesPartner with hiring managers and TA team members throughout the recruiting processProactively source candidates using Greenhouse CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, and other toolsManage candidate communications, and support offer and hire processesContribute to campus recruiting, early talent pipelines, and other recruiting activitiesHelp deliver a positive and consistent candidate experienceSupport day-to-day administration of the Greenhouse ATS/CRMAssist with job postings, system updates, reporting, and configurationRun recruiting reports and support TA data and process trackingHelp troubleshoot ATS issues and support TA team members and hiring managersAssist with onboarding new Greenhouse usersSupport coordination between Greenhouse and HRIS (ADP)SkillsBachelor's degree required2–3 plus years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Recruiting CoordinationATS and/or CRM experience required.
