Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Syteline Financial Consultant to provide leadership and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT. The role involves gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and ensuring business readiness for module implementation, while also contributing to strategic planning and compliance.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and motivation to team members, fostering high morale and a customer-centric approachServe as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, gathering requirements, specifying processes, and proposing solutionsStay abreast of industry trends and their potential impact on business supportUnderstand the needs and processes of business sitesDefine tasks for implementing solution enhancements, design solutions, and automate business and reporting processesEnsure business readiness before module implementation, with appropriate documentation, testing, and sign offCultivate a collaborative relationship with the Development team, offering guidance on design alternativesOffer consultation to project stakeholders, facilitating decision-makingConduct project team meetings to monitor progress and facilitate communicationEnsure timely resolution of reported problems from business usersAdhere to IT policies and SOX compliance in project activitiesContribute to the Corporate Business Systems strategic plan, budget preparation, and staffing plansPerform other duties as assignedSkillsMUST HAVE INFOR SYTELINE/CLOUDSUITE INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role implementing SyteLine ERP, with a focus on Finance/AccountingStrong proficiency in identifying and evaluating complex business processes and providing system solutions within Finance, Accounting, and Standard CostingExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and interacting with various management levelsProficient in team-building, collaboration, communication, and problem-solvingHighly motivated and independent learnerExperience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / SyteLine versions 10, 9, or 8ERP implementation experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to make independent decisions and recommendations based on best practices and experienceStrong customer service attitudeAbility to work autonomously and meet deadlinesCompany OverviewTenth Revolution Group is the global leader in cloud talent solutions, uniquely equipped to deliver digital transformation through people.
