[Remote] Syteline Finance Consultant

Washington Frank International is seeking an experienced Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) 10 Finance Consultant to support the design, configuration, and optimization of financial processes within the CSI ecosystem. The role involves leading the implementation of CSI financial modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring system accuracy and reporting readiness.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of CSI 10 financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cost AccountingCollaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CSI solutionsConduct system analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process improvementSupport month‑end and year‑end close activities by ensuring system accuracy, data integrity, and reporting readinessDevelop functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reportsProvide hands‑on support for testing, training, and user adoption across finance teamsTroubleshoot system issues and partner with technical teams to resolve defects or performance challengesAssist with upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts within the CSI 10 environmentMaintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and financial processesSkillsStrong experience with Infor CSI / SyteLine, specifically version 10 or laterDeep understanding of core finance processes, including GL structure, financial reporting, cost accounting, and audit controlsHands-on experience configuring CSI financial modules and supporting end-to-end implementationsProficiency in analyzing financial data, workflows, and system dependenciesAbility to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts in a clear, business-friendly wayStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with Infor OS, ION workflows, or BOD-based integrationsFamiliarity with SQL queries, reporting tools (SSRS, Birst, Crystal), or data migrationBackground in manufacturing or distribution environmentsExposure to project methodologies such as Agile or hybrid modelsBenefitsCompetitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for professional growthCompany OverviewWashington Frank International provides permanent and freelance ERP recruitment solutions.
