[Remote] Systems Administrator Senior
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Concorde Career Colleges is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's business application portfolio. This role will support critical enterprise systems including Workday ERP and improve operational efficiency through the implementation of solutions addressing complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Application Support, Maintenance of our Business Applications including but not limited to:
ā¢ Workday ERP
ā¢ ERP's - PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials/Supply Chain and Great Plains
ā¢ Patching/Security Updates to all applications in Portfolio
ā¢ Monthly Maintenance activities over 2nd weekend of each month
ā¢ Two weeks on call Rotation
Skills
ā¢ High School Diploma
ā¢ Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive enterprise systems administration experience
ā¢ Experience with Workday Financials ERP
ā¢ Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments, including organizations with 1,000+ users
ā¢ Strong experience with scripting, automation, PowerShell, SQL, and Azure DevOps
ā¢ Experience with Fresh service ITSM or similar service management platforms
ā¢ Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
ā¢ Experience with scheduling tools such as Calendly and Microsoft Bookings
ā¢ Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Ironclad CLM
ā¢ Experience supporting ERP systems, including PeopleSoft and Great Plains
ā¢ Experience supporting financial applications such as OneStream, FloQast, Stampli, or similar platforms
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
