Remote Systems Administrator

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Administrator Contractor to work remotely in support of a Cincinnati, OHbased technology team. This individual will help ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of businesscritical applications and infrastructure by providing 24x7x365 monitoring and incident support. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of handson experience with enterprise monitoring tools, incident response, and operational documentation, and is comfortable working in a fastpaced, missioncritical environment while supporting continuous improvement and basic automation efforts.

Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
Experience with shift-left operations
Operational metrics and reporting (MTTD, MTTR)
Enterprise or consulting environment experience
System Monitoring (35 years experience)
Application & infrastructure monitoring in a 24x7x365 environment
Experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, and Azure Monitor
Incident triage, troubleshooting, and escalation
Major incident support (bridge calls, documentation, execution)
Strong documentation skills (SOPs, knowledge articles)
-Flexibility to work off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
