TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing wealth management organization seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage and secure its Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. This role will play a critical part in supporting the onboarding and integration of newly acquired firms, including user migrations, tenant consolidation efforts, and data transfers utilizing tools such as BitTitan and ShareGate.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environmentsManage Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Microsoft security platformsLead vulnerability management, patching, and security configuration activitiesSupport onboarding and IT integration efforts for acquired firmsPerform tenant migrations and data transfers utilizing tools such as BitTitan and ShareGateMaintain a high level of responsiveness and customer service in a fully online wealth management environmentCollaborate with managed service partners and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable operationsAssist with identity, endpoint, messaging, and access management initiativesSupport continuous improvement of security posture and infrastructure standardsDocument procedures, configurations, and operational processesSkills5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 and Azure administration experienceStrong expertise with Microsoft Entra IDStrong expertise with Microsoft IntuneStrong expertise with Exchange OnlineStrong expertise with Microsoft Defender SuiteExperience managing security configurations, vulnerability remediation, and patch managementExperience supporting cloud-based environments and enterprise Microsoft platformsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and customer service skillsAbility to work effectively with internal teams and third-party service providersCompany OverviewTRC Talent Solutions is a full-service talent solutions provider with over 40 years of industry experience.
