The role involves user provisioning, platform configuration, security administration, and operational support within a large-scale organization.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support enterprise AI platforms and related management consolesConfigure user access, permissions, and security settingsManage integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ServiceNow, and other business applicationsSupport SSO, identity management, and role-based access controlsMonitor platform health, utilization, and adoption metricsTroubleshoot and resolve AI platform issues and escalationsPartner with Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure compliance and governance requirements are metCreate and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articlesSupport enterprise AI rollout activities and end-user adoption initiativesSkills5+ years of Systems Administration, SaaS Administration, or Cloud Administration experienceExperience administering enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), Slack, or ZoomExperience with SSO, user provisioning, and access managementFamiliarity with enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologiesStrong troubleshooting and customer support skillsExperience supporting large-scale enterprise environmentsExperience supporting AI governance or AI adoption programsMicrosoft, Google, Okta, or Security certificationsExperience in regulated environments (FedRAMP, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.)Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, APIs)Company OverviewConsultNet is a talent solutions company that helps businesses solve complex challenges by integrating talent, technology, and scalable delivery models.
