Sinch is pioneering the way the world communicates and is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product Marketing and Enablement to lead their marketing strategies. This role involves shaping and executing marketing strategies to promote Sinch's cloud communications solutions and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesTranslate the overall product strategy and roadmap into a clear value proposition, articulating the unique benefits and advantages of Sinch's solutions by both product area and customer segmentWork closely with product management to align marketing strategies with the evolving product landscape, ensuring a cohesive narrative that resonates with target audiencesLead the global revenue enablement strategy, ensuring all customer-facing teams (sales, customer success, and partners) are equipped with the messaging, content, tools, and training needed to accelerate revenue growthDesign and implement comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs tailored to different GTM roles and market segmentsPartner cross-functionally with sales leadership and operations to define metrics for enablement success, tracking improvements in sales velocity, win rates, time-to-productivity, and overall GTM effectivenessDrive the development and communication of compelling, customer-centric positioning and messaging strategies tailored to the unique needs of our diverse routes to market, be it direct to enterprise, self-serve, or through partnersCollaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex product features across both network, API, application and solutions into clear, customer-centric benefits for each segmentLead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans, ensuring consistency across communication channels and addressing the specific requirements of our diverse routes to market, be it direct to enterprise, self-serve, or through partnersWork closely with sales teams to enable their success through impactful sales collateral, training materials, and competitive intelligence tailored to each segmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that span diverse communication channels, ensuring they resonate with target audiences across various touchpoints and segmentsInfuse a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences into marketing materials, enhancing resonance across different communication channels and segmentsEmbrace an AI-first mindset to figure out how we can scale our product marketing efforts more effectively, both internally and externally.
