The role involves taking ownership of the existing product roadmap, leading product innovation, and driving growth in a highly successful scale-up environment.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Take over an existing PM & Design team
ā¢ Get the best out of a team and build the right team to help the business grow
ā¢ Take ownership and validate the existing roadmap
ā¢ Lead a suite of products generating $25M-$50M ARR
ā¢ Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition
ā¢ Innovate in established products using the latest AI tech and Workflow Automation
ā¢ Strike a balance between building for SMBs and satisfying Enterprise customers' needs
Skills
ā¢ 10+ years of experience in product management
ā¢ Exceptional PM leadership experience (knows how to get the best out of a team and build the right team to help the business grow) and has built and led teams for the last 5 years or so
ā¢ Who can take ownership and validate their existing roadmap
ā¢ Experience leading a suite of products generating $25M-$50M ARR
ā¢ Strong experience conducting competitor analysis (they are the market leader and want to continue to stay ahead of their competition)
ā¢ A proven track record of successfully innovating in established products (using the latest AI tech), Workflow Automation, and driving growth in a B2B SaaS Co
ā¢ Someone with experience in striking a balance between building for SMBs and satisfying Enterprise customers' needs
