What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct structured telephone surveys using outbound call management technology
Accurately record participant responses in a computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system
Engage positively with survey participants while maintaining neutrality
Respond to caller questions or concerns with accuracy and professionalism
Follow written communication scripts and project protocols to ensure quality standards
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience
Fluency in reading and writing in both Spanish and English
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated active listening abilities and data entry skills
Computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office products
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience as a survey research interviewer
Previous experience collecting and recording data over the phone or in person
Familiarity with MS Teams, Word, and Excel
