[Remote] Supply Chain/Logistics Sourcing Analyst (Remote)

The Sourcing Analyst role focuses on data analytics, contract management, and supplier performance to develop world-class supply programs.ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly progress reports related to savings, compliance, and operating metricsMonitor shipping compliance for proper use of i) shipping accounts, ii) service level iii) routing guides, and iiii) expeditesRespond to various supplier/spend inquiries from manager and business stakeholders including cost modeling to identify savings opportunities and recommending improvements for efficiency and sustainabilityPrepare RFI/RFP documents as required; facilitate participant submission and analyze results; calculate and prepare monthly sourcing savings resultsCollect supplier performance data and draft quarterly and annual business review materials for key suppliers; manage action item follow ups from meetingsMaintain contract management data for all supply chain suppliers; update carrier rate cards quarterly to ensure competitive rates and carrier mixManage freight invoicing and payment audit program, complete new carrier setups, complete lane changes, issue purchase orders, follow up on invoice discrepanciesSkillsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, finance, economics, business administration, or similar required3 or more years of procurement, supply chain or financial planning experience required, experience with distribution, international parcel and air freight, FTL, LTL and supply chain logistics preferredAdvanced analytical skills using Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI (or similar) requiredAbility to problem solve, prioritize, and work independentlyExceptional interpersonal skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExperience with distribution, international parcel and air freight, FTL, LTL and supply chain logistics preferredCompany OverviewPlanet Pharma is a pharmaceuticals company.
