[Remote] Supply Chain Specialist

They are seeking a proactive, analytical Supply Chain Specialist to manage purchasing and inventory allocation, analyze operational data, and collaborate with third-party partners to enhance merchandising strategies.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Actively manage purchasing and inventory allocation for the Wholesale Greeting Card program
ā¢ Analyze weekly in-stock data, work both internally and externally with 3rd party partners to achieve in-stock goals
ā¢ Project SKU-store level demand for both Everyday and Seasonal programs within our wholesale Greeting Cards business
ā¢ Develop and implement accurate, scalable reporting for performance metrics across our Wholesale Greeting Card supply chain
ā¢ Provide analytical support in cost negotiations with Wholesale partners
ā¢ Support the launch and execution of new Wholesale programs and partners by delivering partner requirements, such as item setup, testing, and audits
ā¢ Partner with 3rd party merchandisers for flawless execution of weekly store maintenance
ā¢ Track data associated with our 3rd party merchandisers to ensure compliance for everyday and seasonal programs
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
ā¢ 1-3 years of experience working in operations or supply chain (open to considering academic experience in lieu of professional experience)
ā¢ A proactive mindset
ā¢ Experience organizing and analyzing large sets of data and information, with the ability to deliver actionable insights
ā¢ Experience and proven success working cross-departmentally
ā¢ Excellent communication skills
ā¢ Proactive and results-focused, with the ability to learn quickly and prioritize effectively
ā¢ Experienced in demand planning and inventory management
ā¢ Detail-oriented and process-oriented with strong organizational skills
ā¢ Analytically minded with the ability to leverage data to inform recommendations
ā¢ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
