[Remote] Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst role involves supporting a Cloud Supply Chain organization by driving demand and supply planning, conducting supportability analysis, and making data-driven decisions while collaborating with cross-functional partners.ResponsibilitiesGenerate weekly demand and supply supportability reporting for networking hardware devicesAnalyze week-over-week changes in demand, supply, and supportability; maintain traceability and consistency in reportingValidate and reconcile complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data accuracy and integrityPerform deep-dive analyses into supply chain data, assumptions, and calculations to identify gaps and risksCreate and maintain documentation for data sources, methodologies, and reporting processesDevelop and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into supply position, risks, and gapsPartner with engineering teams to design and build internal tools and improve reporting infrastructureDrive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, datasets, and reporting systemsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including demand planning, supply planning, sourcing, and execution teamsSupport KPI reporting on a weekly and monthly basisEnable scenario planning and βwhat-ifβ analysis for supply chain decision-makingCommunicate insights clearly to business and technical stakeholders, influencing decision-makingSkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field AND 7+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations OR Master's degree in a related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience2β4+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning, demand/supply analysis, or related functionsAdvanced Excel skills (data analysis, modeling, validation)Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysisExperience developing or maintaining business intelligence dashboards (e.g., Power BI)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data discrepancies and drive corrective actionsProven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersAbility to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in large-scale technology or hardware supply chain environmentsFamiliarity with distributed data systems such as Kusto (or similar analytics platforms)Experience partnering with engineering teams to build internal tools or automate workflowsDemonstrated experience improving business processes and productionizing reporting solutionsExperience enabling scenario planning or simulation models for supply/demand optimizationPrior experience working with cross-functional teams across planning, sourcing, and operationsStrong project management skills with experience leading initiatives end-to-endBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageFlexible Spending Account401k programCompetitive PTO offeringsParental LeaveOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCompany OverviewBlueprint is redefining the data solutions ecosystem.
