Allied Benefit Systems is seeking a Supervisor, Administrative Support to oversee the daily operation of the Administrative Support Team. This role involves managing workflows, ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks, and developing staff through effective coaching and performance feedback.ResponsibilitiesOversees daily work activities of the Administrative Support TeamOversee daily administrative support activities including claims intake, documentation, data entry, and correspondence handlingEnsure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of administrative tasks supporting claims processingMonitor workflow queues and adjust priorities to meet departmental deadlines and service standardsIdentify and resolve operational issues that impact efficiency or qualityEnsures systems and procedures are documented; training material developed, and reports generated to meet business needsResponsible for workflow reporting for turnaround and auditing purposesResponsible for scheduling, managing workflows and priorities, and communicating with management as needed to ensure effective teamworkAssists manager with development and execution of individual and team goalsLeads ad hoc projectsLead, coach, motivate and develop. Responsible for one-on-one meetings, performance appraisals, growth opportunities and attracting new talentClearly communicate expectations, provide employees with the training, resources, and information needed to succeedActively engage, coach, counsel and provide timely, and constructive performance feedbackOther duties as assignedSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 3 years of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership potential.
