As a Remote Summer Camp Instructor, you will be responsible for:
Designing and delivering interactive lessons that align with our educational framework, fostering a deep understanding and love for mathematics
Creating a collaborative and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, creativity, and critical thinking
Tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure each student reaches their full potential
Contributing to the overall camp experience, including student check-in/out, managing study halls, and facilitating seminars and workshops
Fostering a vibrant and enjoyable setting that makes mathematics accessible, engaging, and fun for students of all skill levels
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success, with a deep understanding of how to motivate and engage students in a fast-paced educational setting
A strong academic background in Mathematics or a related STEM discipline, with a Bachelor's degree or higher (candidates pursuing a graduate degree are encouraged to apply)
Proven experience in instructing students in grades 6-12, with familiarity with math competitions (AMC 8, 10, 12, and AIME) being a significant advantage
