The role involves leading reviews of complex finance and operational scenarios, facilitating resolution among reviewers, and providing expert advisory to client teams.ResponsibilitiesSenior Review — Lead reviews of complex finance, accounting, and operational scenariosConsensus Building — Facilitate structured resolution of disagreements among reviewersFramework Development — Contribute to the development of financial evaluation frameworksExpert Advisory — Provide expert advisory hours to client teams reviewing AI model outputsDocumentation — Author standards-aligned financial and operational commentarySubject Expertise — Deliver expertise across accounting, finance, tax, and business operationsSkills5+ years in finance, accounting, or operations at a US-based company (retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands exposure)Investment Banking (Retail/Consumer), Big 4 Audit/Advisory, Corporate FP&A, Controllership, or DTC/E-commerce Operations backgroundCPA and/or CFA strongly preferredKnowledge of US GAAP, tax structures (sales tax nexus, 1099s, W-2s), employment practices (I-9s, at-will employment, benefits)Experience with month-end close, board reporting, vendor negotiations, fulfillment cyclesFamiliarity with tools such as Shopify, QuickBooks, Zendesk, HubSpot, Workday, Slack, Google WorkspaceStrong written communication skills adaptable to different audiencesAbility to reconcile data across multiple documents/systemsAbility to lead and document reviewer consensusDisciplined adherence to project protocolsPrior exposure to AI evaluation, digital transformation, fintech, or business process automationExperience reviewing financial documentation, workflows, audit materials, or business process outputsExperience mentoring, training, or managing finance/accounting professionalsBenefitsRemote US-based contractor roleImmediate start with full-time commitmentCompany OverviewScale Globally Without Limits 🌍 RR Global helps companies hire, manage, and pay talent across 150+ countries — without opening local entities.
